CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS MECHANISM

In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Verdhana is required to inform the Customer Complaints Mechanism as the Company's commitment to provide comfort and security for all Customers. Complaint is an expression of Customer's dissatisfaction caused by a loss or potential financial loss.

Customers can submit complaints via telephone, email, and letter or by meet Verdhana team at Verdhana’ Office, with the following information:

Documents or required information for complaint submission, are as follow:
  • Copy of valid Identity card of customer or customer’s representative;
  • Copy of Customer’s Power of Attorney (if complaint submitted by representative);
  • Transaction details, such as type of transaction and date of transaction;
  • Jenis dan tanggal dari transaksi keuangan;
  • Complaints details (chronology); and
  • Other related documents

Complaint handling procedure:
  • Verbal complaint (trough phone or face to face complaint trough sales person) must be resolved within 5 (five) working days. If complaint unable to be resolved within these time frame, Customer will be requested to submit written complaint along with supporting documents as mentioned above;
  • Written complaint must be resolved within 20 (twenty) working days after all related supporting documents needed received by Verdhana. If complaint unable to be resolved within these time frame, Verdhana may extend the time frame and will inform Customer by written notification prior the time frame ended by mention the time extension reason.
