Client Complaint

If the Client has a complaint concerning Verdhana, the Client should in the first instance speak to its normal contact within Verdhana. And, if the Client so elects, submit a complaint in writing to Verdhana. Any complaint received by Verdhana shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures of Verdhana.
